1 Who we are
This Privacy Policy is issued by HispanoCity LLC, a limited liability company organized in the State of Florida, United States, with its address at 800 SE 4th Ave, Suite 139, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009 (“HispanoCity,” “we,” “us,” or the “Company”).
HispanoCity LLC operates and is responsible for the Sitios IA and Miami Hispano trademarks and services, as well as the associated websites, funnels, forms, social media profiles, and automation systems. When this policy refers to “Sitios IA” or the “Service,” the data controller is understood to be HispanoCity LLC.
2 Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the personal information we collect from individuals residing in the United States who:
- Visit our landing pages, reservation, preparation, or pricing pages.
- Complete a form, request a demo, or request information about Sitios IA.
- Interact with our artificial intelligence agents via chat, voice, or telephone.
- Receive or respond to our communications by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- Communicate with us through social media or by any other means.
This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third parties we do not control, including the technology platforms we use and the business clients to whom we provide services.
3 Information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
a) Identification and contact data
Name, business name, email address, phone number (including mobile), mailing address, and social media username.
b) Business information
Type of business, industry, city or state of operation, services you offer, plan of interest, request history, and the information you provide us to configure your Sitio IA and your AI agents.
c) Communication content
The content of your chats, text messages, WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls with us or with our AI agents, including call recordings and transcripts where applicable (see Section 8).
d) Usage and device data
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, traffic source (for example, a Meta ad), cookie identifiers, and data on your interaction with our pages and ads.
e) Payment information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processors collect your billing and card data. HispanoCity does not store your full card number; it is securely processed by our payment providers.
f) Third-party information
Data we receive from advertising platforms, social media, and lead-generation tools when you interact with our ads or content.
4 How we collect your information
- Directly from you: when you complete a form, request a demo, write to us, or call us.
- Automatically: through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you browse our pages (see Section 5).
- Through our AI agents: when you converse via chat, voice, or telephone with our AI assistant.
- From third parties: advertising platforms, social media, and service providers acting on our behalf.
5 Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate our pages, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising. These technologies include:
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), to measure conversions and show relevant ads.
- Web analytics tools to understand how our pages are used.
- Functional cookies necessary for the operation of the Service.
6 How we use your information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide, configure, and maintain the Sitios IA Service and its AI agents.
- To respond to your inquiries and demo requests, and to coordinate follow-up with a human advisor from our team.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send you service communications, appointment reminders, and transactional messages.
- To send you marketing communications, when we have your consent, about our products and offers (see Section 9).
- To measure, optimize, and display advertising, including on Meta.
- To improve our pages, offers, and the quality of our AI agents.
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and protect our rights.
7 Artificial intelligence and automated decisions
The Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) agents that may respond to chats, messages, and phone calls in an automated manner. When you interact with one of our agents, you are conversing with an artificial intelligence system, not a person, unless you are told that you have been transferred to a human advisor.
Our AI agents are designed to assist, guide, and—where appropriate—direct your inquiry to a human advisor from our team. The AI may generate responses that are not always accurate or complete; we recommend verifying important information directly with our team.
To the extent we use automated decision-making technology to make decisions that produce significant effects on you, we will inform you of this and, where applicable law requires, offer you the right to opt out of such processing and to request information about its general logic.
8 Call recording (notice for Florida and other states)
At the start of each call that is recorded, we will inform you that the call is being recorded and that an artificial intelligence agent with an artificially generated voice may be involved. If you do not want the call to be recorded, you may tell us so or end the call; continuing the call after receiving the notice constitutes your consent to the recording. We retain recordings and transcripts in accordance with Section 13.
9 Marketing communications: email, SMS, WhatsApp, and calls
If you give us your consent or have a business relationship with us, we may send you marketing emails. Each email includes a link to unsubscribe and our mailing address, in accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act. You may unsubscribe at any time; we will continue to send you transactional or service messages when necessary.
Text messages (SMS) and WhatsApp
We will only send you marketing messages by SMS or WhatsApp if you have given us your prior express written consent (for example, by checking a box or replying affirmatively). Consent to receive messages is not a condition of contracting our services. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received the message; we will stop sending you marketing messages in accordance with applicable law. For help, reply HELP or contact us at +1 786-807-8007.
Phone calls and AI voice
Where the law requires, we obtain your prior express written consent before making marketing calls, including calls that use artificially generated voice. We honor federal and state “Do Not Call” registries, as well as permitted contact hours. You may request removal from our lists at any time.
10 How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: platforms that act on our behalf to operate the Service, such as automation and CRM systems (for example, GoHighLevel), voice and AI providers, messaging platforms, payment processors, and analytics tools. These providers may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms: such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure and display advertising.
- Advisors and partners: when you request information or a demo, we may share your contact data with an advisor from our team to follow up with you.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights, safety, and property.
- Corporate transactions: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
11 Sale and sharing of data
HispanoCity does not sell your personal information for money. However, certain state privacy laws define the terms “sale” and “sharing” broadly, such that the use of advertising cookies and pixels (like the Meta Pixel) for targeted advertising could be considered “sharing” under those laws.
Where applicable law grants you the right, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise this right, contact us through the means indicated in Section 19 or use a global browser opt-out signal (GPC), which we honor where required by law.
12 Your privacy rights
Depending on the state in which you reside within the United States, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Know / Access | Request what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it. |
| Delete | Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions. |
| Correct | Request that we correct inaccurate information. |
| Opt-out | Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information and of targeted advertising. |
| Limit / AI | Where applicable, limit certain uses or processing by automated decisions. |
| Non-discrimination | Not receive unfavorable treatment for exercising your privacy rights. |
| Appeal | Appeal our response if we deny your request, where the law provides for it. |
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or +1 786-807-8007. We will verify your identity before processing your request and will respond within the timeframes set by applicable law. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf.
California residents have additional specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know the categories of information collected, disclosed, or shared, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
13 Data retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consent records, call recordings, and opt-out records are retained for the period required or recommended by applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
14 Information security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. In the event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you in accordance with state breach-notification laws.
15 Children’s privacy
The Service is directed at business owners and individuals over 18 years of age. It is not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or from minors under 16 for sale or sharing purposes). If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
16 Users outside the United States
Our Service is directed at individuals located in the United States, and our data is processed and stored primarily in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
17 Links to third-party sites
Our pages may contain links to third-party sites or services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites; we recommend reviewing their own privacy policies.
18 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the current version on this page with its “Last updated” date. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you by a reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
